Nevada

Nevada is generally less restrictive than other states in terms of abortion. However, the state has enforced an unconstitutional limit on later term abortion at 24 weeks post-fertilization, except in cases where the life and health (physical or mental) of the woman are endangered. Nevada also allows certain individuals or entities to refuse to provide women abortions, and subjects abortion providers to burdensome restrictions not applied to other medical professionals via Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers (TRAP) laws.

Restrictions:
Unconstitutionally limits abortion by gestational age after viability
Prohibits later abortion except to preserve a woman's life or health (physical or mental)
