Pending legislation:

In February 2017, Oregon Representative Sherrie Sprenger introduced legislation to ban abortions after 20 weeks post-fertilization. The bill contains narrow health and life exceptions and does not contain exceptions for mental health or pregnancies that result from rape. For the latest bill status, click here
