Pending legislation:

In January 2018, Oregon Representative E. Werner Reschke (R-004) introduced legislation to ban abortion after 20 weeks post-fertilization. The bill, H 4057, contains narrow requirements for medical emergencies and creates reporting requirements for physicians who perform abortions post-viability.
