20-week ban introduced in Illinois

In February 2015, Illinois Representative Terri Bryant introduced an unconstitutional 20 week ban on abortion. The bill would ban all abortions at 20 weeks after a woman’s last menstrual period with narrow exceptions for a woman’s life or physical health.
